A reader writes, "In his opening statement of the confirmation hearings for Sonia Sotomayor, Senator Jeff Sessions lectured the nominee about 'prejudice' in the legal system. The problem? He was rejected by the very same committee twenty years ago for 'racially insensitive' statements asserting that he thought that the Klan was OK until he found out they smoked 'dope' and calling white civil rights lawyers 'race traitors.' Oh I wanted to introduce you to a friend of mine. I put her blog together and designed it for her. She does a lot of charity work with me, great help. Has done a great deal of study on many religions and is very knowledgeable. Great gal:

Latest post she was interviewed in an article. She has done a lot of media work over the years. Has taught classes, does tarot...really into all kinds of things and an all around lovely person. Give her a ring.

I think when she has a moment to think, she will be stopping by here. She was up in the mountains with her "witchy" friends yesterday. (so jealous, I had to work, then there are the kids and all.) Was a beautiful day, so I am sure they had a most glorious time connecting with the mother.
i'm scared. it hasn't rained in 2 or 3 days here. uh oh
