Religious Leader Shoots 4 Year Old Boy To Death Because He Might Be Gay

A religious leader in North Carolina shot to death his four-year old step son because he thought the boy, Jadon Higganbothan, might be gay. The man, Peter Lucas Moses, 27, who also shot to death a 28-year old woman, may face the death penalty.
Moses, whom police stopped short of calling a cult leader, lived in a one-room home with nine children and three women. The 28-year old woman, Antoinetta Yvonne McKoy, Moses killed had been beaten and strangled with an extension cord before Moses murdered her. The day he did, she had escaped to a neighbor’s house and begged her to use her cell phone. The neighbor did not call police because she claims she thought the woman might be mentally disturbed. She witnesses Moses dragging her into the house, and still never called police.................

i don't know if whoopi would say this was

rape rape or not but it appears there was OVERWHELMING evidence and witnesses to say it indeed was RAPE RAPE but this is what happens time after time after time (and goddess help us if the rapist is an athlete)

by Caroline Heldman

I traveled to Silsbee, Texas five times in the past six months, with conservative bloggerBrandon Darby, to investigate why, despite the volume of evidence, a grand jury did not indict two football players accused of raping a high school cheerleader (who was later kicked off the squad for refusing to cheer for one of them).  The case is a troubling example of what many victims experience when they dare to report their rape and proceed with a prosecution.  In this post, I’d like to highlight the community reaction.
Hillaire was found half-clothed and crying under the pool table, saying she’d been raped.  She reported that Rakheem Bolton, a star high school football player, raped her while another football player, Christian Rountree, held her down. Three students outside the room heard her cries of “stop” and broke through the door, only to find that three of the four athletes in the room had fled out the window, breaking it in the process.
As Bolton ran off, Stacy Riley, the homeowner, heard him yell:
I didn’t rape no white girl.  I wouldn’t use anyone else’s dick to fuck her. I didn’t put my dick up inside her. I don’t know if she has AIDS. I don’t even know that girl.
Bolton would later admit to penetrating Hillaire.
This was not a he said/she said situation and you can read the evidence in more detail inthe full report at my blog. Suffice to say: Witness statements from the police report confirm that Hillaire was raped. An inexperienced drinker, Hillaire was exceedingly intoxicated after drinking a beer and six shots and could not legally consent. Before her friends cut her off, Hillaire made out with a guy in the living room and was egged on to kiss a female friend by a group of ogling young men. Bolton and his friends arrived late to the party, and, seeing an intoxicated and flirtatious Hillaire, isolated her in the pool room..................................

The local paper, The Silsbee Bee, favorably covered the accused, even publishing an article titled, “Sexual Assault Prosecutions Cost County Nearly $20,000.” It was hard to miss the implication that this was money ill spent..................

For more — including ways to help Hillaire and protest her treatment, as well as details about the role of the NAACP and highly suspicious ties between Bolton’s family, the police, and the district attorney – see the unabridged reporting on this story here.......................

New Hampshire executive council votes to defund Planned Parenthood

By John Tomasic

.......................According to the Concord Monitor, Executive Councilor Dan St. Hilaire said the contract should go to an organization that does not perform abortions. Councilor Raymond Wieczorek asked if contracts could exclude the issuance of condoms, adding that he supports paying to test for sexually transmitted diseases but does not believe the state should subsidize contraception.
“If they want to have a good time, why not let them pay for it?” he said about women seeking contraception.
The Monitor reports that New Hampshire’s Planned Parenthood abortion practice is funded through private donations, an assertion backed up by regular audits......................

Arizona lawmaker points loaded gun at reporter’s chest

By David Edwards

A freshman Arizona state Senator may be in need of some gun safety lessons.
Richard Ruelas, a reporter for The Arizona Republic, found himself staring down the barrel of Republican state Sen. Lori Klein's raspberry-pink firearm during a recent interview at the Capitol.
"Oh, it's so cute," Klein said of the .380 Ruger that she carries in purse at all times.
While the loaded pistol had no safety and the laser pointer was centered on the reporter's chest, Klein explained that there was no need to worry.
"I just didn't have my hand on the trigger," she said...........

Michigan Woman Could Get 93 Days in Jail for Planting a Garden

Michelle Obama lives in arguably the most prestigious home in America. In 2009, she dug up a portion of the South Lawn and installed an organic vegetable garden to provide fresh produce for the White House kitchen. Short of the chemical companies who produce pesticides – definitely not allowed in an organic garden – who could complain about such a plan? It’s a great example of sourcing foods locally and Washington DC school children have had the chance to dig in the dirt, learning just where their food comes from.
When the Bass family had to tear into their lawn to repair a sewer line, instead of replacing the grass they decided to plant a vegetable garden. Oak Park city officials were not impressed with the family’s idea and asked them to move the garden to the backyard.
It’s a good thing the White House isn’t located in Oak Park, Michigan.
“Five beds, six yards of compost, about 90 plants – but most important of all, on principle — no!!!!” says Julie Bass.............
