I wonder if this is one of those things the Russians used to broadcast during times when there was actual news going on that they didn't want the public to know about. (I went to Russia once, and my hosts told me they used to do that. Maybe still do.) Thanks! That gave me a chuckle!
yeah i needed that chuckle myself.
sometimes i wish our tv stations would play tripe for us instead of hyping the shite they hype (but then i'd complain about being lied to)
