Walt Disney and Salvador Dalí's Destino film
Here is Destino, the collaboration between Walt Disney and Salvador Dalí. Production began in 1945 and the film didn't premier until 2003. Apparently, it will finally see an official home DVD release in 2010 along with a documentary about the two artists' history together. Destino (Wikipedia) (Thanks, Kirsten Anderson!)

Yup, that was awesome.
When you watch Fantasia, and realize how long ago it was made, you also realize how far ahead Walt was for his time. I often wonder what Fantasia would be like with his true vision without the constraints of what was socially acceptable and marketable at that time, in today's world. It is a visual master piece as it is, but wow, just imagine if he had NO restrictions.
i am just in shock at this collaboration. i had NO idea. it's so unlikely AND ODD
