knitting is really ZEN. if you decide to start, do not be discouraged if you have to rip your first project apart a million times. we all did. once you get a few rows done, a certain feeling will come over you (you'll see).

start with BIG needles and a scarf very easy and very quick if you just knit it or knit and purl it. there are millions of web sites to learn as well as millions of books out there.
