you know, i don't like to get drunk to

specifically DO something. an example is before i get a tattoo, i don't go out and get drunk. it doesn't kill the pain believe me. that's not how i roll. EXCEPT when i fly i DO have a couple of pops beforehand. not to get drunk mind you but to give me a buzz. i do NOT fly well (or often. i've not flown in YEARS). i've been drunk in my life here and there. i don't care how much alcohol i've consumed NO amount would make me attempt to open a plane door mid flight. NO AMOUNT

A United Airlines flight was diverted to Denver International Airport on Saturday afternoon after a passenger tried to open a door in mid-flight.

The plane landed safely at DIA just after 5 p.m. Flight 223 had been traveling from Washington Dulles International Airport to Las Vegas, according to DIA officials. The disturbance began about 4:45 p.m., said Charlie Hobart, a United spokesman.
