if you go to a store and buy a kids bracelet for let's say 4.99 and you see a made in china (or a million other places for that matter) label YOU SHOULD RUN AWAY SCREAMING
as it turns out our OWN shite ain't that safe. THEIRS is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy worse. we've seen it in EVERYTHING from toys to drywall. yet, we still allow the poisons in. look at where the mug you drink your morning coffee is made. if it's china i'll bet you there's a shiteload of lead in it. oh none of us is safe. we're all drinking out of lead filled mugs. i'm just sayin'............
(oh and if they stop using lead, looks like they're using SOMETHING EVEN WORSE)
another ap story ...........so you know the drill
Popular kids’ trinkets loaded with toxic metal
Barred from using lead, Chinese makers using more dangerous cadmium
pic: This Rudolph charm, sold at a Dollar N More store, consisted of up to 90 percent cadmium, lab tests found.
