who knew alex beam was SUCH a comedian?

imagine if this WAS true.....it ain't and is NOWHERE NEAR true. hence the funniness (i'm sure sarevil would say that word, so that's why i did)

i don't know what country on what continent on what planet mr beam is on but it sure isn't earth.

we're still getting paid less than our male colleagues. we're still being talked down to in schools. we're still judged by our looks alone. advertising for cooking and cleaning products are still aimed DIRECTLY at us and NOT men. we're still called trophys and cougars. we still get in trouble if we choose to breast feed our children in public. we're still dancing naked on poles and posing naked in magazines so men can get woodies. we still are judged to be bad drivers. we're still not supposed to TAKE CHARGE sexually.

so yeah, this article IS wicked funny all right

oh one last thing, when we DEMAND our rights, we're called MAN haters

A specter is haunting America, and much of the industrialized world - the specter of female domination.

Women outnumber men here; you knew that. Women outnumber men in US colleges; you probably knew that, too. You might not have known that women receive almost 60 percent of university degrees in America and Europe combined. So who’s going to be running the show? You tell me.

More women have jobs in the US than men. The Bureau of Labor Statistics identifies job categories most likely to grow in the next decade. In 10 of the top 15 categories, women constitute two thirds of the workforce.

Witness the battle of the apothegms: A while back, economist Paul Samuelson (who died last month at 94) acknowledged females’ second-class socioeconomic status with the famous remark, “Women are men without money.’’ More recently, conservative agitator Christina Hoff Sommers has reversed the terms of trade. Boys, she has observed, “are tomorrow’s second sex.’’.........
