it may not be funny - but i am so damn sick of watching the incredible frenzy over it. say the word 'pandemic' already!! get it out of your system, media people!
oh my work has all sorts of rules and regs now. my friend chuck (sits right in front of me) is getting married in a couple of weeks. where is their honeymoon? yup MEXICO. when he gets back he has to work from home for at least 3 days. well at least everyone in our department CAN work from home. if not it's vacation time OR time with no pay. hr also 'needs' to know if one is planning a trip OR if one has been to mexico since 4/1. i don't complain about work too much because they really DO treat us well (we've had same sex benefits since almost before time itself. well, it's a DUTCH company so you know........... anyway, this is kinda like what fidel did to all of the aids peeps back in the day. quarantined them. i say, eff it, JUST WASH YOUR HANDS)
