(oh i tried jennifer's coconut cream pie receipe too. it was WONDERFUL and wicked easy! made with keebler ready graham mini pie crusts )
while looking for a picture of a vegetarian loaf, i found THIS RECIPE FOR HAZELNUT LOAF which sounds devine too! it calls for eggs, but you could easily make it vegan by substituting a binder of your choice
