The corporate big wigs didn't take too kindly to West's tirade against President Bush earlier today on the Concert for Hurricane Relief, so they edited his remarks on the West Coast feed. (hat tip Digby.......

i was actually WATCHING this. i came in midsentence and didn't know what was going on. i wasn't quite paying attention at first, but certainly when kanye (whom i didn't recognize i must admit) said, 'george bush doesn't care about black people' i stopped what i was doing and started to pay attention. unfortunately mr west was cut off at that point...................
