guess which service i have?

i CAN give y'all an example of their outstanding customer service. just recently i had reason to be IN an at&t store. they didn't have what i needed but one of the reps said a ups truck was coming in at 1:00 pm and asked me to call him back at 1:30 or 2:00. he gave me his BUSINESS CARD. 


i called the phone number on the BUSINESS CARD. no answer. not just NO answer BUT a voice message telling me i couldn't leave a voicemail message because the USER HAD NOT SET UP HIS VOICEMAIL BOX yet. i tried three more times and the same thing. NO ANSWER AND I WAS UNABLE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE.

tell me, what kind of at&t employee gives you their business card with their business phone on it and then can't even set up THEIR voice mail and/or messaging system?

(oh except i have had EXCELLENT service from at&t as well. the person who installed my father's cable tv from at&t was GREAT. helpful, knowledgeable AND NICE.)

The magazine, known for independent testing of consumer products, said AT&T came in last behind top scorer U.S. Cellular. Verizon Wireless, Sprint and T-Mobile also scored higher than the exclusive service provider of Apple Inc.'s popular iPhone..........
