She must be the one who hacked my iTunes account and bought all those apps on my dime.

i've never had that happen, but i've had my debit card number stolen MORE than 10 times. it's NOT pretty. although i must say they are wicked good at knowing someone stole it AND i've never had to pay a dime which i didn't spend myself
As you say, the card people are wicked good, that's how I found out. iTunes basically did nothing but say sorry for the inconvenience and close the account.
And fyi everybody, if you have iTunes store credit from a gift card and a hacker uses it, iTunes will not refund it, even if it was already redeemed and just sitting there as credit in your account, waiting to be used. (They say in the fine print they're not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards, but it seems to apply to breaches of their own security as well, which I think is kind of lame.) So when you get gift cards, use them up.
i don't want to believe you about your gift card and apple, but i do. i'm sorry too. man, that is NOT good customer service AT ALL
Yeah, they didn't seem too concerned about keeping my business, so they aren't.
However, not to hijack the conversation with my iTunes woes, it really is a great video. Now all she needs is a cat to prop the thing up on.
i saw that (the cat prop) picture yesterday. made me smile
