New Republic had an article a few weeks back saying that Cheney's ongoing heart condition, even with the best medical care, can have an affect on the brain reducing the old IQ including the onset of dementia. I have long thought that he was ceazy adn maybe there is an actual case to be said for it.

Serious, the article went deep into how his mental state might have declined to his heart condition leading him to extreme behavior. I read New Republic at the local library, it may have been the issue with Obama on the cover. I'll try and stop buy tomorrow check the title of the article and the author. And yes, even though I oppose his political beliefs and actions I don't wish him ill but if I had the power I would make him have a mental and physical checkup with a objective doctor to see if he is fit to be VP.
