my third posting on this shite

it would seem trivial and it WOULD be except for the fact the world seems to revolve around lunacy. i stated here and and here how absurd it is to think rachel ray and her black and white scarf are promoting terrorism. i also stated if dunkin' donuts pulled the ad, i'd no longer frequent their stores or drink their beverages.
well dunkin' pulled the ads. that's it. my relationship with dunkin' is severed. i would STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE WITH EVEN THE TINIEST BIT OF BRAIN MATTER TO BOYCOTT DUNKIN' DONUTS. they've pandered to hate mongers. to evil disease-hearted soul-less beings.
it's a fucking black and white scarf. we're not even talking about how cloying and annoying rachel ray is here. anyway picture of rachel ray and picture of the scarf i'm going to attempt to wear almost every day (for a while)
PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE DUNKIN' DONUTS IF YOU HAVE A MIND. PLEASE
MSNBC's Keith Olbermmann bestowed his "worst person" honors on Wednesday's show to Dunkin' Donuts of Canton, Massachusetts, for pulling an advertisement featuring Rachel Ray because of the "xenophobic paranoia" created by the scarf worn around the celebrity cook's neck.
"We told you yesterday about this, the unbearable Rachel Ray in an ad for the donut and coffee chain, to which the lunatic fringe responded in an apoplexy of xenophobic paranoia, because that, that thing around her neck, that is not just a stupid scarf; they think that is what Yasser Arafat used to wear on his head," Olbermann intoned. "See, it‘s jihadist chic. Having already driven business to Dunkin' Donuts by applauding its supposed stance in favor of tough immigration laws, the right threatened to boycott."
Olbermann added, "So what did Dunkin' Donuts do? They folded. They were as weak as their decaf." .........

i wrote about this the other day

(in a posting entitled i don't care for rachel ray). the posting was about sheer lunacy. because there isn't enough starvation, sickness, lack of education, death, torture, natural disasters, etc out there, some twilight zoners think rachel ray and dunkin' donuts are supporting terrorists because she had a black and white scarf on in a commercial. WELL I FUCKING AM WEARING MY SCARF EVERY DAY FOR A WHILE - JUST TO MAKE A POINT.

here's more on the subject from larisa (whom i love!)

Shiksa Malkin stars in Scarf Wars...

Either Michelle Malkin is insane or she has a serious drug problem and neither will bring her any closer to her life-long dream of becoming a Jew no matter how much she waves the Likud talking points. The reality is that most Jews do not hold the world-view of the right-wing Likud party and most Jews think even less of non-Jews who support such extremism.

Her latest insanity results in censorship of a commercial over a scarf:

My syndicated column today examines the keffiyeh kerfuffle with Dunkin’ Donuts and Rachael Ray that I noted on the blog last week. As you’ll recall, I linked to an item by LGF’s Charles Johnson about the scarf she wore in a recent Dunkin’ ad. Keffiyeh chic has been covered on this site and at Hot Air extensively (see here, here, and here). Anti-American fashion designers abroad and at home have mainstreamed and adapted the scarves as generic pro-Palestinian jihad or anti-war statements. Yet many folks out there remain completely oblivious to the apparel’s violent symbolism and anti-Israel overtones. Left-wing bloggers responded with complete scorn, deliberate mischaracterizations of the debate, and then outrage when Dunkin’ Donuts commendably showed sensitivity to the concerns and pulled the ad. The Boston Globe accused me of “yowling.” If you actually read my post and the column below, you’ll see no such thing.

The scorn is much deserved Michelle. I am a Jew and I own a scarf like that. You are not a Jew and you scream bloody murder over a scarf like that. What does that tell you, Michelle? Let me help here, it should tell you that you are incredibly ill-informed and running purely on hate. In other words, the usual Malkinism...........

i don't care for rachel ray

she's effing ANNOYING as ALL get out. her 'endearing' terms make me want to puke (evoo anyone? i wanna slap that fake-smiled puss every time she utters that). her fake peppiness is a load o' steamin' shite. her voice is like nails on a blackboard. BUT THIS? no. rachel ray a TERRORIST? NO
dunkin' donuts promoting terrorism?
why aren't these people (who dream up things like this) carted away? they're not only nuts, they're DANGEROUS. i'm NOT linking to any of 'em. there ARE links to the ringwing (they're the REAL EFFING TERRORISTS IF YOU ASK ME) twilight zone blogs in the story links below. but i'm personally not going to separate them out.
rachel, on this one, i have your back
AND
to dunkin' donuts: if you pull that ad because of what the twilight zoners are writing and saying, i swear i will NEVER buy another cup o' steamin' hot joe from you EVER again. and i think i personally keep you in business my own damn self. yes, i drink THAT much coffee. when i walk in, no matter WHAT dd i walk into, they have my TWO EXTRA LARGE BLACK NO SUGAR COFFEES already poured and waiting for me on the counter. THEY KNOW

oh and one more little teeny tiny thing. i have a scarf or two JUST LIKE THAT and guess what? I'M NOT A FUCKING TERRORIST EITHER

if you google rachel ray and terrorism, there are a TON of hits. i just picked these three

File this under: “we now know why McCain is ignoring Michelle Malkin.”

A new Dunkin Donuts ad featuring Rachel Ray sporting a tattered white scarf has the wingnuts in a tizzy, with Michelle Malkin leading the charge. You have to be deranged to see this ad and come to the conclusion that Rachel Ray is a secret Yasser Arafat-loving, terrorist-sympathizing threat who must be stopped for the sake of civilization. Take a glimpse with me into the warped mind of a lunatic fringer:

Michelle Malkin - Of donuts and dumb celebrities:

Is Ray’s blunder worth boycotting DD over? I’ll be interested to hear the company’s take. At this point, I’m going to give the management the benefit of the doubt. They have braved boycott threats and attacks over their lonely, principled stance against illegal immigration. Given their pro-rule of law, America first position, I highly doubt the executive offices are filled with moonbats who endorse Ray’s keffiyeh chic.

Charles Johnson @ Little Green Footballs - Mainstreaming Terrorism to Sell Donuts:

I didn’t believe this story when people first started emailing about it; but sure enough, its true. Dunkin Donuts, the venerable old fried dough seller, is the latest American firm to casually promote the symbol of Palestinian terrorism and the intifada, the kaffiyeh, via Rachael Ray: Dunkin’ Breakfast Choices............

Rachael Ray and Dunkin Donuts are promoting the symbols of terrorism
Two conservative bloggers, Charles Johnson and Michelle Malkin, blogged about how Dunkin Donuts via Rachael Ray is promoting terrorism through fashion. From Charles Johnson's site:

"I didn’t believe this story when people first started emailing about it; but sure enough, its true. Dunkin Donuts, the venerable old fried dough seller, is the latest American firm to casually promote the symbol of Palestinian terrorism and the intifada, the kaffiyeh, via Rachael Ray: Dunkin’ Breakfast Choices."...........

Another reason to hate Rachael Ray

There've always been a lot of people who've criticized Rachael Ray, the bubbly Food Network host. I'm one of them. Still, I can't say I ever thought anyone would get overwrought enough about Ray to actually accuse her of "mainstreaming terrorism." Then again, I hadn't counted on Charles Johnson, who runs the right-wing blog Little Green Footballs.

Ray provoked Johnson's ire with an online ad she's in for Dunkin' Donuts in which she can be seen wearing a keffiyeh, a traditional item of clothing in the Arab world. In a post headlined, "Mainstreaming Terrorism to Sell Donuts," Johnson writes, "I didn’t believe this story when people first started emailing about it; but sure enough, its true. Dunkin Donuts, the venerable old fried dough seller, is the latest American firm to casually promote the symbol of Palestinian terrorism and the intifada, the kaffiyeh, via Rachael Ray.".........
