I truly believe that the pounds should be emptied before breeders start mucking about with new varieties of dogs and cats, but wow, what a gorgeous kitty! I do also really like the idea that part of the price of these special kitties will help to protect their wild cousins. Hopefully the price will stay high, the quantity of cats small, and backyard breeding of these animals nigh unto impossible.
i too am not a fan of people mucking with breeds AND i do know there are far too many cats (and dogs) out there already.
i just thought this cat was so amazingly beautiful....
