Family Gave Cat Away After Neighbor's Complaints
JEANNETTE, Pa. -- Meow. A Pennsylvania judge is being asked to decide whether that word is a harmless taunt or grounds for misdemeanor harassment.
Police have charged a 14-year-old boy with that crime. Michael Loughner is accused of meowing whenever he sees his 78-year-old neighbor, Alexandria Carasia.
The boy's family got rid of their cat after Carasia complained that it was using her flower garden as a litter box. Now, she said, the boy makes meowing sounds every time he sees her..........

yeah, he's bratty, but you got to laugh too. meow.
yeah sage, i laughed. i'm sorry they had to get rid of their cat though. a cat is a cat. they DO use flower beds as toilets. to the best of my knowledge a single cat cannot ruin a whole flower bed (even if small). so elivira 'started it'
i agree. i have to laugh. that kid obviously misses his cat and sees this woman as the reason why he can't have it.
i know roxy. i never owned cats myself but for a short time, i lived with someone who had seven. to this day, i miss all of them (well NOT the housemate). one was my particular favorite. jean-paul. we named him after the first jean-paul pope because we didn't think he'd make it past 33 days (he did and more). i may just write about him..........
anyway, i planted some lavender in the back yard and jean-paul single handedly KILLED it, but i STILL loved him
