i've said it so many times, it hurts
these whack-jobs could give a flying yoo hoo about the PEOPLE of israel (i.e. jews). as a matter of fact, it goes beyond that. THEY DON'T 'LIKE' jews. i know it, they know it. they just won't say it out loud. they only 'care' about israel because of some effed up belief their god of violence and jealousy and payback and vengeance is going to come down and smite everyone (including the jews living on israeli land of course) and leave only THAT land and the evangelical christians who are homophobes, who are the ones that murder doctors who may perform abortions, who could care less about a child once it is born, who wouldn't give a meal to their next door neighbors if they had 20 extra, who are racists, who are sexist, who are flat earthers, who don't believe in science, who are empty hearted and soul-less.
we shouldn't be worried ONLY about israel. we shouldn't be trying only to protect it. WE SHOULD BE HELPING FIX THE PROBLEMS. period. we can't help one without hurting the other. in my eyes everyone is at fault and there are innocents everywhere who are still getting hurt
oh i love how instead of a god of love, these gatsu piedies believe in one who could substitute for a cage fighter.

Michele Bachmann, the outspoken conservative House representative from Minnesota, says the United States will cease to exist if it "fails to stand" with Israel.

Bachmann: God will ‘curse’ America if it opposes Israel
Michele Bachmann, the outspoken conservative House representative from Minnesota, says the United States will cease to exist if it "fails to stand" with Israel.
"I am convinced in my heart and in my mind that if the United States fails to stand with Israel, that is the end of the United States," Bachmann said at a meeting of the Republican Jewish Coalition in Los Angeles on Feb. 6.
Bachmann went on to explain that God's special relationship with Israel means the US would be cursed if it were to oppose Israeli policies.
"We have to show that we are inextricably entwined, that as a nation we have been blessed because of our relationship with Israel, and if we reject Israel, then there is a curse that comes into play," Bachmann said.
The congresswoman's comments went under the radar until Andy Birkey reported on them at the Minnesota Independent...........

oh and if you can't handle religion being criticized, DON'T watch it. one thing i WILL say is i do think it unfair to pick on ONE religion when most of them are so very alike. some are better, some are far worse. i chose NOT to believe in the people who believe their god hates everyone. those are my feelings and beliefs in a nutshell

my friend beth knows about my ketchup addiction
i'm NOT trying to hide it by any means. i just don't bring it up in polite company if i can help it.
this is THE best news i've had all week (but we all have to put our heads together and find some sort of craft we can do with the used dippy thingies)

this is one of THE most outrageous cases i have ever read about
oh i can understand why the sheriff arrested ms. mitchell. the sheriff claims dr Arafiles Jr saved his life. so of course he's going to protect the doctor
everything is pointing to this doctor being disciplined in the past. it even says he had a RESTRICTION on his license. sooooooooooooooooo, just because this small texas town can't get enough doctors and the sheriff is a personal friend, someone (who appears to me to not only be doing their CIVIC duty and their duty as a NURSE but their MORAL duty) gets busted and is facing felony charges?
i am in shock the prosecutor is going through with this. i am hoping our justice system prevails and mrs mitchell is not only vindicated BUT she gets compensation from the sheriff, the hospital, the prosecutor, the town and perhaps even the state. this is as i said a travesty of justice (or it appears as such to me from the information i've seen)

KERMIT, Tex. — It occurred to Anne Mitchell as she was writing the letter that she might lose her job, which is why she chose not to sign it. But it was beyond her conception that she would be indicted and threatened with 10 years in prison for doing what she knew a nurse must: inform state regulators that a doctor at her rural hospital was practicing bad medicine.
When she was fingerprinted and photographed at the jail here last June, it felt as if she had entered a parallel universe, albeit one situated in this barren scrap of West Texas oil patch.
“It was surreal,” said Mrs. Mitchell, 52, the wife of an oil field mechanic and mother of a teenage son. “I said how can this be? You can’t go to prison for doing the right thing.”
But in what may be an unprecedented prosecution, Mrs. Mitchell is scheduled to stand trial in state court on Monday for “misuse of official information,” a third-degree felony in Texas.
The prosecutor said he would show that Mrs. Mitchell had a history of making “inflammatory” statements about Dr. Rolando G. Arafiles Jr. and intended to damage his reputation when she reported him last April to the Texas Medical Board, which licenses and disciplines doctors...........
.............The hospital administrator, Stan Wiley, said in an interview that Dr. Arafiles had been reprimanded on several occasions for improprieties in writing prescriptions and performing surgery and had agreed to make changes.
