Awesome video.
Now that's a lot of work.
Speaking of knitting . . . Medium recently decided to take up knitting, and without any training to speak of, she freehanded a knitted, stuffed, whale complete with dorsal and pectoral fins.
yeah bb, i just came across it while looking through some knitting blogs.
oh rick, if at ALL possible, can you send a picture of that whale to me. that is MOST IMPRESSIVE and i'm NOT just sayin that!
i signed up for a spinning class (just with a drop spindle) starting march 15th! i can't WAIT to start making my OWN yarn. it's an EXPENSIVE craft.....
I will try . . she said she was going to give it away at school. She does that with a lot of her creative work.
cool kid! i give most of my stuff away as well. i just made a neckwarmer i kept for ME ME ME and i'm making myself a sweater from mitered squares - in between other projects. i knit a square or two and put them away. i'll need TONS of 'em so it will take me a long time. i never finished my department's christmas presents for 2007 BUT the good news is, i have 3/4 done for 2008! they're neckwarmers and scarves. 34 of 'em
You'll be cool to have around after the apocalypse.
