so let me get this straight

they find something 'questionable' (i.e. a lost accounting of at LEAST a BILLION dinars) so instead of DEMANDING THE MONEY BACK AND FIRING THE ASSES OF cheney's kbr (an arm of halliburton), they keep them AND add an additonal two contractors. well now two OTHER contractors (who lost out initially) are questioning how the contract was awarded. the gao is reconsidering....................(somehow kbr is NEVER going to be excluded though. you and i both know that)
